Check in was great, our room was comfortable and nice. Biggest issue was we did not check for the sheets for the futon until around mid-night and there were none. No way to resolve this at this time, phone was not answered, told me to text but that was not answered until morning. We were creative and made do.

It was dark, outdated. The picture and reviews were misleading. Described as being the gateway to Yellowstone. More than 50 miles from the park. Noisy and run down. Very disappointed. Rented for two nights, left the next day with no refund.

“Cozy and welcoming stay!” We had a great experience at the Livingston Inn. The place was nice and clean—just what we needed after a long day of travel. The staff went above and beyond by calling us ahead of time and giving step-by-step directions since we were arriving late. That personal touch made all the difference. Highly recommend for anyone passing through!

The lady at the front desk was super accommodating. We had a medical emergency with someone in a our traveling party and had to reserve a room very last minute. She went above and beyond to set up the only room they had to sleep 6 of us for one night. All of this was around 10:00 at night too.

We were sent a text on how to get in our room. Room was very hot and took a while to cool off Ceiling light didn’t work and 3 of 6 other bulbs were out. I went to office and staff did come and put new bulbs in.

Property manager definitely could have been a bit more pleasant to myself and those waiting behind me to be helped. Room was okay and did the job. Could hear people easily in rooms surrounding. Noticed a used tissue between the mattress and the headboard that was not from my party.

This is the definitely the best you get here in Livingston for little money. The room is just perfect, there's all you need and moore. Comfortable beds and a great team, that is always there when you need em. I was 2 hours too early for the check in. The lady at the reception did not complain and offered me a room. She answered every question that I hade during my stay. You can almost park in front of the rooms. The cream on top is the awesome western style of the whole location. I felt like home. Thank you very much ⭐⭐⭐⭐💘

My stay was one of the easiest check in/check out experiences I've ever experienced. The communication is exceptional from the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean and decorated very western. I loved it. I'd definitely stay here again!
