「The stay was mediocre, but to top it all off because a few of the Linens got dirty they decided to try and charge me $560 for a washcloth being dirty, two of the cheap hand rag style floor mats for the shower we're dirty and I spelled a small amount of tea on a sheet. Apparently justifying them trying to charge me over half $1,000」

「Tanya at Day Spa is phenomenal. She has been a great 89-S to Livingston direction assistanc. which is north, or Yellowstone National park main Entrance near Chico. It's only 30 minutes to Chico from the entrance! And, it's at mile marker 1, like she said! She was witty & so professional too! MaryAnn at Day Spa is also phenomenal, especially at our 1 hour couples massage & my 30 min facial earlier. Food at VERY great diner was worth reservation. Jack or server was very good looking and...

「On a positive note the breakfast was fine and the pool was nice. Unfortunately, I do not have much else nice to say. The grounds are not kept up. The room floor was dirty, tub was dirty, hallway floors dirty, tables in pool room dirty, front desk usually empty, no daily room cleaning offered. The staff does not speak much due to a language barrier. They bring you clean towels, but do not take the dirty ones. We stayed four nights and our room was not cleaned once other than when I asked them to...

「The stay was quite disappointing. Upon entering our room, we found an ozone machine still left inside. After looking it up and learning that high concentrations of ozone can affect the respiratory tract, I grew concerned about the hotel's housekeeping and safety procedures. We informed the front desk and were moved to a new room, but unexpectedly, the bedsheets there were dirty. After a long day of traveling, it was exhausting to deal with a room change, only to encounter further hygiene issues....
