The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Saigon, making it easy to explore the city while enjoying the charm and history of this iconic property. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Ngân, Tùng, and Duyên. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and thoughtful, always paying close attention to details to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Throughout our stay, we were very well cared for by anh Chệt and his team at the Bell/Porter Desk. Their professionalism and kindness made a big difference in our daily experience at the hotel. One moment that truly touched us happened during checkout. As we were getting into our taxi to head to the airport, em Sỹ ran out to return a SIM card we had accidentally left in our room. His level of care and honesty genuinely moved us and left a lasting impression. Thank you, Sỹ.
