Great Apartment

Enjoyable apartment, good size and really handy having the washing machine. The gym was great, new equipment and empty most of the time! Pool area is lovely however there is only 4 sun loungers to cover all the apartments which let the area down.

3번째 방문이였고 항상 같은 숙소에 머물렀습니다. 항상 친절한 직원덕에 퇴근후 숙소에서 쉬는게 즐거웠습니다. 2일에 한번 창소를 해주지만 항상 청결합니다. 청소, 새수건 그리고 설겆이도 잊지 않고 해주네요.

Affordable, safe & convenient

Property managers were very helpful and responsive. The location was convenient. Apartment was great size and set up for our group. The kitchen has some basica but limited . Unit does have a washing machine - a big plus. There is a grocery store, cafe, and convenience store on bottom floor. Some wear was visible. Note: guests have to provide own bathroom paper (easy to solve at stores down stairs- but not the norm in every country). Also - getting the temperature and humidity levels right w the type of AC units was difficult. Manager was helpful at beginning to make sure we knew how to use the controls. Also - no clothes dryer (very typical for location) so manage drying time accordingly due to humidity levels. Even though location not in typical tourist hub - we enjoyed being in District 4 - walkable to lots of local restaurants & shops and a short distance from District 1.

직원도 친절하고 아파트도 매우 훌륭합니다. 2일에 한번씩 청소를 해주기때문에 (설겆이까지...) 불편함 없이 지낼수 있습니다. 다만 이곳은 호텔이 아니라 아파트이기 때문에 룸서비스나 빨래 서비스를 받을수 없습니다.

The property was centrally located to city center with access to great views of the city to include restaurants and night life. The staff was overly welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean with modern amenities such as a small kitchen and medium refrigerator. The room came with access to the pool and gym. Also located within the building was a small grocery store, convenient store, and coffee shop. Another added bonus was the parking garage with very cheap parking rates to park our rented scooters.

I stay here for three nights. The swimming pool is small but ok, nothing really surprises me. The room is smaller than I thought, The washing machine is a big help for travelers. Other than that, I will rate it a OK place.

Stayed there 6 weeks. Comfortable. Has kitchenette and washing machine. TV with movie channels in English. Good Internet. Also, great swimming pool plus fitness center.
