Das Zimmer von Phuong hatte alles was man benötigt. Es ist sauber, geräumig und ziemlich ruhig. Hang hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet und uns sogar durch einen Kollegen begrüßt der uns alles gezeigt hatte. Klare Empfehlung.

i had a nice 2-week stay at Phuong's. it's a lovely small room that's enough for a solo trip. i got everythinh i need from hairdryer, laundry machines, tiny tidied-up kitchen to projector with connected smartTV-box and bluetooth speaker. the spot is in the middle of a small clean alley with some quite-good coffee shops and a just-enough-quiet neighborhood for a city-centered location. Phuong was very helpful, supportive and responsive during my stay.

This is a FAKE listing. After trying to contact them on Expedia with no luck, I then messaged them on the WhatsApp link. I was asked to send them a photo of myself so their driver could pick me up at the airport. Their driver then drove me to the other side of Ho Chi Minh and told me to get out, that this was my apartment and to talk to the desk. He then quickly left. On my way to the security desk a young guy comes up to me with a photo of me (which I had sent to the driver), he then tells me to go and look at a room. This building that I’ve been sent to is an ordinary apartment block. The room I was shown was not boutique, the apartment did not have a pool as listed. It was an old apartment painted bright green and was run down. I told him this isn’t what I booked and he told me to cancel. If I did this, I would have lost all of my money for canceling on the day. By this point it was midnight and the person the WhatsApp end did not seem to be the owner and had no sympathy that they had scammed me.

We stayed in Ho Chi Minh for one night and it was wonderful. He allowed us to check in early, which was great after taking the bus. The room was clean and had everything you need.
