"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. We stayed in a Lushna Petite. It was just right for the 2 of us. Love the simple elegance and comfort. No screens and basic amenities that were well done, like the single serve pour over coffee and small fridge. Very clean. One thing to note is that the curtain on the large window was perhaps a tad bit small, there were cracks that if someone was creepy, they could peek inside. But we loved all the natural light and overall coziness of the room. Very well done, I can’t wait to stay again."

"We didn't use the spa, but the pool and hot tubs were awesome. Lots to do on this property for all ages. "

"Hotel is under construction so most of the stairwells and elevators are closed resulting in a very long walk to our room. The one working elevator got stuck twice during our stay which was unpleasant and stressful. The hotel doesn’t begin serving breakfast or their complimentary coffee until 7am, which was after we needed to leave for our event. They do have coffee pods and powdered non-dairy creamer in the room though. The staff were pleasant during check in."

"There was no free parking and the building was so loud. Being on Main Street, we expected ‘loud’ on the street, but we could hear every step the people above us made in their room, as well as the conversations being had in the room next door to us."

"Clean, staff was limited and okay, didn’t really tell you about the property or what was/wasn’t available. Kitchenware (pans pots, etc) was extremely old/worn and limited. Thought I rented a lake-view unit but was not and there was no explanation of how they chose the unit I was in. Would like book direct next time to avoid the surprise."

"The place was a zoo. Kids fighting and screaming in the pool to a point of being unsafe. Staff said there was nothing they could do. Room smelled like cigarettes."
