"Beautiful, historic building. It is well mainland inside and out. Staff is responsive. Hot water is problematic - took about ten minutes to get warm and it ran out during a shower. I wouldn’t recommend going during President’s week unless you have young kids (or don’t mind them running and yelling around the hotel). Definitely convenient to good restaurants, shopping, and beaches. "

"The Inn was within walking distance to the wharfs, activities, restaurants and shops. The innkeeper was very helpful and we enjoyed talking with her about the area. I definitely recommend the Inn and especially the room at the top of the stairs with the private balcony and view of the city and harbor. "
