「Expedia booked the wrong rooms for us when we arrived…..bummer and shame on EXPEDIA. Thankfully Jermaine at Springhill Suites Savannah righted the wrong of Expedia and got us in the KING bed room we booked with Expedia on our second and third nights. The staff at Springhill Suites went above and beyond during our stay! I will stay with them again but will NOT book with Expedia in the future.」

「地段方便」

「It was good」

「No mini fridge’s in rooms or ice bucket. I have a medical condition that requires my medication to be refrigerated. When I expressed my dissatisfaction the girls at the front desk were very apologetic and offered to have a mini fridge brought up. I told them no need but an ice bucket would be sufficient. They quickly fetched a bucket and filled it with ice for me. Front desk service was outstanding. We found the room itself was complicated. Why do you need to put a card in the wall slot...

「Historic property with beautiful details throughout. The room was clean and tidy.」

「The corner room is noisy at night- there were many people gathering near the hotels till 1 or 2 am and you could hear them. There was an Irish bar across from the hotels which you would hear the music playing at night. There was coffee stain in the carpet of the room I stayed. The hotel has good hospitality and the bed was comfortable. 」

「All good.」

「We stayed in the Calhoun room. It is very pretty but it smells musty & the room was very damp. We discovered mold on the ceiling. Which is concerning. It was also our anniversary & they did not do anything special. Most places we stay leaves a nice note, bottle of wine, or chocolates. Wishing us a happy anniversary to make their guests feel special. The shower seal was about to fall off & there is a huge glass door. Another concern. I shared this & never heard back,」

「Hotel's location is very efficent for people who likes to walk and explore beautiful Savannah. Old trolley location, very conviniently, just accross the street.」

「Came here for a wedding and the past stains all over it loud noise in the hallway is so annoying. The manager was not helpful at checkout because I didn’t wanna switch rooms right away as I was getting ready for a wedding that I was going to and had to leave as soon as possible. The rooms are nasty. The staff were nice though.」

「Great location and decent breakfast.」
