「Rooms are very old and outdated. Beds were all stained. Had to change rooms because tv didn’t work. Just didn’t feel comfortable in the area it was located. They said they offered breakfast but no one told us where to go for it and we didn’t see any signs. 」

"They do not provide housekeeping and other services besides check in and check out. If you try to call them on the phone, it most likely asks you to leave a voicemail which is full. Some of the staff have a terrible attitude. Also, if you are looking at the shuttles they provide to Disney and Universal, the times their shuttle runs are mostly inconvenient, so make sure you ask about this before booking with them. "
