Staff were so kind and helpful especially Klaudia who gave us really good recommendations! Only feedback is that shelves in the shower would be helpful to place toiletries. "Hotel was more of an apartment feel without a kitchen. The balcony area was very nice. The place was clean and felt new. The shower had great water pressure. There is garage parking included. The hotel staff in responsive to messages but not always on property.
2 notes for anyone booking:
The WiFi was very spotty, want to flag to anyone who might be trying to work while staying here. It was going in and out the entire 4 days and zoom calls were not possible. This might be a deal breaker for those who work remote.
Lastly, I know this is somewhat common in many places so might not be a problem for most but wanted to note they do not have blankets at all, just sheets on the bed. "

"The hotel and facilities were outstanding. But I did not like the LOUD music playing almost all the time. Started maybe at 11am continuing until maybe midnite. Not sure on the times, but closing the doors and windows did not help.
Nothing to do with the hotel because it's like this all over Albania, but smoking in the public areas was annoying.
Did not get the room I booked, Panorama Junior Suite Sea View. She said I booked that general category, not that room, but she switched me to correct room when I complained. The website is VERY misleading."

Great hotel in amazing location.
"Great hotel in amazing location just next to the beach. Reception staff were incredibly helpful & everyone was very friendly & welcoming.
Lovely breakfast buffet included for free. This had a wide range of food and plenty of choices. Sunloungers & beach towels also included for free which saved lots of money as these cost 10euros for 2 elsewhere.
We booked a family suite which was perfect for the 4 of us as it gave our 2 teenagers a separate adjoining bedroom. Cleaners came daily with new towels & the place was spotless. Rooms had soundproofing which was great so never heard other guests. The bed had quite a hard mattress but that would be my only note and to be honest it was so much better than sleeping on a mattress that is too soft!
Little supermarket and lots of beach restaurants a couple of minutes walk away but no noise problems.
Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and definitely hope to come back and visit soon."
