「Very friendly and helpful family, delicious breakfast, very nice wooden roof in room. There is limited parking in the area so if you need parking space you would need to let them know in advance. 「Palorto Inn is a beautiful hotel in Gjirokaster, close to Old Town Bazaar. Our room was gorgeous, beautifully decorated with wonderful views of the city and castle. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and professional. I recommend coming to this historic town and stay at this beautiful hotel. 」

「Claimed not to have our booking for two rooms for two nights - not sure if them or hotels.com. Offered us one room for the three of us - not ideal, I’m convinced they did have other spare rooms. The location is ok. It wasn’t particularly clean and the Wi-Fi only worked occasionally. Not impressed. 」
