"The experience was amazing. The staff was welcoming and went above and beyond for us. We celebrated my friends birthday and they set up at various points balloons and cake. Their vibe was unmatched I cannot wait to return."

"The resort itself was beautiful. The lobby and restaurants were clean and maintained. The grounds were nice. The exterior of the buildings could of used a refresh on the paint. Our room was clean and spacious. The food was ehhhh, the buffet were very repetitive, the choices didn’t change. We went to a few of the alacsrt restaurants they were decent. The animation team was mediocre, there wasn’t a lot to do, don’t get me wrong that was just the vacation I wanted but could of used a bit more a tovites for people that would of liked to join in the fun. There were three pools but we dusted by the one that had a pool bar, they wrrr always clean and refreshing. We actually had a butler ALLAN, he was right there everyday making sure we had everything we needed, which wasn’t much. But as hard as it is fir wash clothes to surface in the Dominican I had three of them every day ;) No real complaints. It was a ok resort for the money. Would I go back again maybe if the price was right. But there are so many choices in the Dominican that I would give others a chance"

"Amazing resort overall. The property is beautiful, very clean, and the pools were excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. The food options were good and there were plenty of restaurants included. The beach and pool areas had a great atmosphere and the room was comfortable with a nice view. Great place for a family vacation and we would definitely come back."

"Staff is phenomenal! Restaurants are mostly “try to be good” and “look good” but only 2 of them are really nice. The Grill and the VIP one. Breakfast buffet is also very good. Rooms are very good and clean 2x a day- bed were made and towels changed, but 2x a day clean and didn’t have the floors wiped or mopped and I had sand. Room service is excellent 24/7. I just give it a 4 star because: -sauna is just for the spa where massages and treatments are from $180 - restaurants are bad for lunch and better for dinner - Punta Cana location but they play country and American music the pool- what a bummer if you want to get away from America and have a DR experience. Big bummer for us. - night activities are very tacky like most of the resorts- but I think this could be different. Live shows and singers; I found only the Dominican presentation very nice. Furthermore, drinks are great and vast variety. Again, staff is amazing. Be ready to tip them! "
