We met small unexpected problem and they showed very professional attitude and fixed it by the most reasonable way. And the room with city view can catch amazing sunset scenes. 」

The coffee and tea at the lobby is free flow. Staffs are very nice and helpful. I left my scarf in the lobby last night and I managed to find it from the list & found. 「We had the Mozart Suite which was a lovely size room! The hotel was clean tidy, great location for the Transport Network, close to the centre and local Xmas Markets! The hotel bar was cosy. The staff were friendly and helpful and would definately recommend this hotel and would stay again.」

「飯店雖然有一定的年代了，但是維護整理的很好整體而言算是較高檔的四星級酒店。值得稱許的是酒店早餐很豐富附近小商店歐式、亞洲式小餐廳也很多。 位處在大使館區、離美景宮的步行距離內城區的各個景點都很方便值得推薦。」

「Approx 5 minute walk to underground station and then only 10 minutes into the centre of Vienna. Hotel was clean and comfortable, staff very helpful. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was to a good standard. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Plaza. 」
