Really enjoyed our stay at Royal Park Hotel. Great location in a beautiful city. We had a lovely view over the river. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was the best we have had so far and also super clean and lots of toiletries supplied. The bed was very comfortable and the PJs were really nice. Would definitely stay again if in Hiroshima.

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. I stayed one night and the hotel was in a nice area, the room was spacious. I am paranoid about bed bugs so I’m happy to report I did not find anything when checking the mattress but the pad and mattress did have a lot of stains, the bathroom also had not been cleaned as there were pee stains under the seat, the staff was the best thing about this hotel.

Staff were great - they moved us to another room when a vent in ours was making noise, and mailed some lost items to our next hotel - very kind ans helpful. Breakfast had a good variety and quality.
