"The property is in fantastic condition, looks recently renovated on the inside. Room was spacious, beds were comfortable, washroom was clean and in good shape. The room had a full stove and refrigerator. Staff were very friendly. For what we paid this inn offered exceptional value for money. I will stay here again next time I’m in Hinton. "

"When we booked it was not clear that the pool and hot tub was out of order. This app and the hotel were absolutely terrible to deal with. This is the second time we have encountered this problem with this app. Better and cheaper to book directly thru the hotel you’re staying at. We booked at holiday inn express directly for our second night there and they were fantastic and room was 40$ night cheaper than on this app."

"Room assigned had been left in unclean state i which bathroom toilet been used and not flushed prior to arrival, checkout was supposed to be at 11:00am, received a phn call at 8:30 asking me to leave room by 9:00 am for maintenance and then hotel staff tried emtered room before I had evan checked out. Nice hotel but staff lack industry standard profesionalism."

"I didn’t really need the air-conditioning room was comfortable. Parking lot was fine. Everything seemed OK. I think they were performing maintenance and some other part of the motel. Everything seemed to look pretty good while I was there. I had a nice day and it was quiet."
