Stayed for 2 nights in August 2025. The property itself is tired and can do with a refurbishment, however staff are very helpful and courteous. They have a decent breakfast on offer. A number of options for dining within walking distance of the property.

Bedsheets not clean and dirty duvets. For thebprice they charge, a clean safe room is a very basic expectation. Didnt check any amenities other than breakfast, due to the very bad experience with room cleaniness. Breakfast was very average. A tourist trap as there are limited options to stay near Jasper.

Unfortunately, when we arrived our room had already been given to someone else, even though we had called ahead to let the hotel know our flight was delayed. The staff quickly cleaned another room for us, which we appreciated, but it did mean we had to wait a while before settling in. Since we were only staying for the night, it worked out fine in the end. Breakfast was decent, though very busy as soon as it opened—food went quickly, so be prepared to get there early. Overall, not perfect, but the staff did make the effort to accommodate us.

We checked in at night, room had an odour, shower curtains smelled so bad, conditioner bottle n lotion was empty . Room was not vacuumed well , baseboard dirty n bathroom tiles was moldy, we stayed two nights . Towel holder in the bathroom was broken n after telling the receptionist to make bed they still didn’t fix or vaccum the floor or empty bins, for the money at least we expect clean rooms .

It was nice to park right at the door and in the back of the building was a very nice walking trail to walk our dog. Staff at the front were very unfriendly. Didn't even say hello when checking in. Just said "I need your ID"

Room was fine. Nothing special. Nice to have a king bed though! Shower was great. Sheets were gritty though… not sure if from years of washing but had noticeable texture. Breakfast experience wasn’t great… very busy with no where to sit and often ran out of items.

It’s clean but the rooms are not very clean hair in tub and some gunk in the tub near faucet. Needs a little renovation but other than that it has potential for it to be a great place. Helpful staff.

What I liked was the room was very nice, clean, nice linens and comfortable bed. What I didn’t like was walking up the stairs to our room. Very dirty. The mats and baseboards and trash was out. Also the breakfast was sort of a disaster. They ran out of 1/2 and 1/2 for the coffee. You often had to wait for more coffee. The waffle maker didn’t work. The poor woman at the front desk seemed to have all of the jobs and was always running around but we often had to go look for her. It was so crowded. We went at 4 different times for 4 days and always packed.

The property was in an awesome location. Overall it was a decent place to spend a night except for the toilet flushed approximately every hour, and there was only a half wall seperating the toilet from the room. As well as the shower drain was clogged and the bathroom door didnt latch.

I enjoyed my stay at this property. The staff were very courteous and professional, particularly Gagan. The breakfast was awesome. The hotel's location is very convenient, as it is next to fast food restaurants, gas stations and coffee shops

The facilities were not as advertised, which was a major disappointment. The breakfast had very limited vegetarian options, and the staff seemed uninformed about them. When I needed assistance, the receptionist couldn't even tell me who the manager was. While some staff members were helpful, that was the only positive aspect of my stay. I'd recommend double-checking that all amenities are available before booking.
