「Fred the host was brilliant, extremely helpful, guest house was very clean and was kept in great condition. Breakfast was great plenty of choice and freshly cooked. Met some interesting people there over breakfast which is always nice. Will stay again when I come up to visit our grandchildren .」

「Really lovely hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I can't remember if there were smaller rooms but as a single occupant my for what I paid the room was definitely worth it, great value. It's about a 20 or so min walk from Kilmarnock station so not far from town centre. The area around the hotel is a small stadium and mainly residential. Only bit of constructive feedack I would give is the nespresso coffee machine in my room while there is a manual in the drawer maybe...

「A really nice hotel! I would highly recommend this hotel, it is an older property which I like as they have character and with that there are some things in the room that are a little tired but have no effect on comfort. My room was comfortable, nice bed and the shower was powerful. Nice little velux window which was electronically operated. I had dinner and breakfast here and both were of a good standard, staff all nice and pleasant. I'll be back!」
