「Average stay, had always heard good things about hawkstone but unfortunately it needs a fair amount of work doing to the hotel grounds and exterior to compliment the interior. The ‘driving range’ ball dispenser was broken and dispensed just a handful of broken and poor quality balls, the mats and baskets were broken and generally the place just looked unkempt (appreciate this is a golf club issue). The room was comfortable and clean but breakfast was over priced at £18 each for a limited cooked...

The mattresses so soft they offer no support. The facilities are minimal. Staff sullen and grudging. Avoid as much better hotels & inns available. 」
