「3泊しました！ 最初の2泊は冷房がないとは知らずで 暑くて朝まで寝れず ファンも気休めレベル 最終日は部屋が空いたので 1000ルピー追加で払ってACのある部屋へ　 ファンもめっちゃ回るしなんで快適な！ テラス、リビング、キッチン、冷蔵庫は共有 水は初日に小さいのを1本くれました^_^ 水売ってます！ アメニティは0 タオルは交換すると150ルピーかかります！ 家族で経営してるのか みなさんとてもフレンドリーでした^_^」

「Familjärt och fint mottagande av ägarna. De gillar verkligen att ta hand om och serva sina gäster. Hörde av sig både före och efter vistelsen. Gav bra tips på restauranger. Hjälpte till att fixa med tuktuk. Bra läge, lugnt och stilla men inte långt till centrum. Tryggt med natt portier. Toppbetyg!!」

「Heel schoon en comfortabel verblijf. Hele goede wifi, en Airconditioning 2 schone zwembaden mooi aangelegde tuin. Op korte loopafstand van de hoofdweg met veel restaurants. Ontbijt beschikbaar en op zich goed.. maar traag gereserveerd en verkeerde volgorde. Eerst Fruit dan na 10 minuten het Ei, dan na 10 minuten de toast en de koffie en fruitsap pas na 40 minuten... Maar zou er zo weer terug keren... prima.」

「Really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Staff were really really nice and helpful!! Very pleasant to talk to!! Modern and clean!! Small balcony! Very central on the Main Street! About 10 minutes walk to beach! Only downside is that there is no bar! In saying that there are plenty of places nearby that have beer! Breakfast was excellent!! Would definitely stay here again 」

「The owner/host and housekeeping staff were very friendly and nice to talk to. They can arrange tuk tuk for the guests and home style food was so delicous. Due to its location, guests will need to have insects repellent spray applied at all time. Overall very nice stay at villa birdlake. 」

「 This is typical old Hotel. The building is old and the technology (water, electricity ) is old, but all works. Situation in the city is excellent; near centrum, on the beach. Good bed to sleep and the sound of waves is soothing. Good beakfast and the limits from food allergy were well taken into account. And also very early mornig breakfast when needed was possible. We liked. 」

「I am Japanese. I was able to make some very good memories at Hikkaduwa. The hostel is clean and close to the beach and restaurants. I also liked the friendly staff. There is also a barber shop on site. I also got a haircut. Skills are high. thank you. I will stay this place again next time. Don't tell the Japanese people.」

「For us 33 Lake Terrace was the nicest hotel we stayed at during our time in Sri Lanka. The hotel is beautifully designed, the location at the lake is so peaceful and beautiful - simply amazing. On top of this Mr Panduka and the entire staff were exceptional, very discreet but always available and just very nice. The breakfast was very good but the dinner was just amazing, both the food and the atmosphere. While the location is a bit remote (15-20min walk into town) we enjoyed the uniqueness of...

「Super location for us, 2 miles outside of Hikkaduwa on a quiet lagoon. Ideal if you wanted to travel around the local area or near enough by tuk tuk to the beach. Lovely pool which was cleaned regularly and surrounded by trees which you could see many local birds and animals from. Friendly staff. Great food. Staff helped arrange a rental scooter for us.」

「Extremt hjälpsam familj som äger hotellet. De lagar frukost och kan hjälpa till med alla möjliga resor, safaris i Sri Lanka. Enda nackdelen var att varmvattnet ej ännu var installerat. Dock inget problem tack vare vädret under vår vistelse.」
