Jos hotelli satsaisi enemmän tekstiilien pesemiseen (aamiaispaikka) ja lepotuolien pehmusteiden uudistamiseen, yleisilmeen saisi helposti miellyttäväksi. Liikenteen äänet häiritsivät aamulla neljän jälkeen kovasti, sillä huoneeni oli kadun puolella. Hinta-laatu kohtuullinen. Edellytykset paljon parempaan.」

「For us 33 Lake Terrace was the nicest hotel we stayed at during our time in Sri Lanka. The hotel is beautifully designed, the location at the lake is so peaceful and beautiful - simply amazing. 「The owner/host and housekeeping staff were very friendly and nice to talk to. They can arrange tuk tuk for the guests and home style food was so delicous. Due to its location, guests will need to have insects repellent spray applied at all time. Overall very nice stay at villa birdlake. 」

「Fabulous stay in a really friendly Hotel. Room, swimming pool and grounds were beautifully clean. Great breakfast and quick laundry service. Nothing was too much trouble. 「Heel schoon en comfortabel verblijf. Hele goede wifi, en Airconditioning 2 schone zwembaden mooi aangelegde tuin. Op korte loopafstand van de hoofdweg met veel restaurants. Ontbijt beschikbaar en op zich goed.. maar traag gereserveerd en verkeerde volgorde. Eerst Fruit dan na 10 minuten het Ei, dan na 10 minuten de toast en de koffie en fruitsap pas na 40 minuten... Maar zou er zo weer terug keren... prima.」
