"When we arrived at the hotel, the check-in experience at the reception was very pleasant, and the staff treated us very well. After that, we went to our room, which seemed clean at first. However, when my wife, my children, and I were getting ready to sleep, we opened the sofa bed and found that it looked like it had not been cleaned after the previous guest. It seemed like it had been used the night before and then folded back up without changing the bedding. The bed sheet was left the same way, and even the blanket inside was dirty. In addition, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and not clean at all. This was very disappointing, especially since we were staying with our family."
