"Our room had multiple issues. Couch was torn on the arms and the bed built in was unusable due to broken springs. Toilet handle also was broken and nearly fell out every time used. "

"I literally can't think of a single complaint. It was a fabulous hotel, very dog friendly, spotless, great cocktails, good breakfast, comfy beds, spacious room. Highly recommend! "

"-The mattresses are way too old and uncomfortable. As you try to lay down, you would sink in them. -The TV is outdated, it does need to be replaced with the ones with smart features. -Upon arrival, we had to wait about 10-15 minutes at the front desk until someone showed up. However, their check out was super easy as they provided text message notifications to check out. -The hotel does not provide self parking option and the is no parking lot on the property. They, however, provide valley parking for a fee."
