「The staff was great and to room was really nice but it was clear that the bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well lots of little curly hairs left in the bathtub. But overall very nice stay!!! Would definitely recommend!」

「I would give this no stars if I could. Tell me how a hotel is going to shut off the hot water to the entire hotel on a holiday weekend? I had a toddler and a 9 month old baby. There are NO amenities and good luck calling or finding front desk staff! Forwarding your phone to voicemail (which is full by the way) on a holiday weekend is HORRIBLE customer service!」

「Super classic mountain lodge in a fast growing g resort town. Convenient to everything and has an amazingly warm lodge vibe with fireplace and a made to order breakfast. We went in the off season and it was a great base to walk around the incredibly gorgeous high mountain village. Will return with the snow :)」

「I really enjoyed this hotel. The location is PERFECT- close to many hiking trails, easy driving to surrounding areas and honestly the little shopping mall/outlets are less than 5 minutes away (walking) which was a giant plus. The rooms are a little dated but very very clean, so it was no problem with us. The hottub/pool area was in great condition and clean as well. 「There were multiple hot tubs, rooms were clean with a good view, and staff were very friendly. The parking was close by. The only thing that was a little awkward was there were stairs involved getting to my room. There’s elevators in the place, but when going further down the highway, it involves stairs.」
