"The short stay (2 nights) was well above expectations - friendly staff from front desk to housekeeping to the those assisting at the breakfast and dinner buffets. Room was clean, spacious, relatively quiet, and remained a most comfortable temperature while KC was enduring its coldest winter days temps in many years. TV was oversized with a decent channel selection. WIFI was acceptable, but easy to access. Buffets were great for breakfast and happy hour (just needed a dessert option at the latter). Kudos to Haley at the front desk who was always friendly and super helpful."

"Gentleman at check in was very nice and helpful. Enjoyed happy hour and our room was clean and comfy. We used the parking service at the hotel to leave our car there during our trip and we took the hotel shuttle to the airport, very convenient!
