"Great location if you are planning on skiing. Cosy little hotel, alittle tired, but clean. Staff very hospitable, and pleasant,only to keen to try and help .Not a lot of English. Service was great.They pick up and drop off as required, this made it much easier to get around. Could rent skis from there, as well as pay for lift pass. Could also purchase other day tours from there. Breakfast was great."

"和風モダンの部屋だったのですが畳の上にベッド置いただけでベッドも小さくあまり寝られなかった。風呂はいいのですが、値段に合っていないと思いました。食事は普通に美味しいです。"

"スタッフの方々のサービスはとても親切で良かったと思います。館内も癒されるもので溢れていて居心地も良かったです。お食事は盛り付けも綺麗ですし演出も最高なのですが量、質が満足出来た感じではありませんでした。山形県産米を使っていたのですがお家で炊いたご飯の方がツヤ感ももち感も上でした。県産米が生かされていなくて残念です。せっかくの素敵な旅館なのでお食事のグレードはもっとＵＰしても良いと思います。"
