"Central location. Can be loud at night. A lot of hustlers within steps of the hotel trying to convince you to get a massage or go to a girly bar. Most likely scammers. The hotel is super busy and waiting for elevators can be annoying. Best thing about this property is the central location "

"Outstanding property. Location is great in shinjuku- slightly away from the bustle and crowd of shinjuku. Walkable to everything shinjuku/harajuku/shibuya. 7eleven in basement, line of restaurants 3min walking distance, daisy bakery right next door (excellent for coffee breakfast). Rooms are smallish (normal for japan) and good quality. Highly recommend. "

"Great location, had plenty to do and see in the area. Within easy reach of transport. Fresh towels every day and bins emptied, housekeeping every 3 days unless you request more, this worked for us. We didnt eat at tge hotel as we preferred to eat and experience all the local foods. "
