Breakfast was a highlight: the food was very good with a huge selection. The staff was very friendly and made this a very enjoyable experience for us. The rooms were clean and the staff always helpful and friendly. I hope to come back someday.

The onsen was small but it was very relaxing. they have outdoor/indoor onsen and dry sauna. The building is quite far away from main attraction (far awas is more like 10 minutes walking but it adds up, especially with children and elderly). The room was beautiful and spacious, very comfortable for 2 adults.

This is a beautiful hotel. We loved the lounge access that came with our rooms, the amazing breakfast and the public bath experience. The staff were extremely helpful in finding options for us to get to places and to find restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.
