"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. We felt really safe and the service from start to finish at valet, checkin, etc. was amazing. The views are awesome of the city skyline and also mountainous valley. This is an ideal location in downtown Phoenix right across from Symphony Hall and the Convention Center. The restaurant downstairs with indoor/outdoor bar has EXCELLENT service, food and drinks, for a hotel and is not overpriced. The rooms are spacious and bed and pillows were super comfy! Definitely staying here again."

"The. Hotel has been doing some remodeling above us. When we asked they gladly changed our room. It is a good location. I will stay again."

"The staff was great. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it wasn’t bad either. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient. The only complaint i have is that the room was warm, the ac did not work the best so it made it uncomfortable to sleep. "
