"Great staff at check-in. No hot water in the morning though, so that started our day off on a less than best foot. Valet guys were amazing and very friendly. Would stay again. "

"Resort food/drinks were pricy but nothing crazy. Pools and hot tubs were nice (adult and non-adult). Our favorite restaurant was Centro but Prado had a good vibe (Crave was great for a quick coffee/snack). If you go be sure to take advantage of gelato happy hour. Most of the resort had a great view as well."

"The check in process was amazing. The food at restaurant was great.! The bar and staff were incredible at making drinks. The security was professional and the location was close to most events downtown. We will be back "

"Excellent time. I would suggest that they work on the sliding glass doors that go outside to the patio. It was very difficult to open. The staff was wonderful. We hiked every day and really had a chance to relax if you’re looking for a resort to relax at this is it!"
