"Staff were great. I told them so when there . The hotel needs a renovation big time. Carpets were filthy and my room included. Had to turn a couch pillow over in order to sit on it & even then placed a towel down. Everything was shabby & needs replacement. "

The one woman working the front desk in the morning did great despite all of the traffic and rude cruise passengers that were leaving from the hotel. The rooms are dated, drab, and not welcoming. I would not stay here again. "
