「Good location and close to old town, parking available with limited space. Good breakfast and the attitude of hosts are cool. Hosts didn't allow to extend the parking to 2-3 hours after check out at 1000. Their check in time is after 1500 and the hosts reject the request looks cold attitude. It's the first time we didn't allow the parking extension we stayed in UK for past 5 stops.」

「The room was very comfortable and impeccably clean. Access was easy using the door enrty codes provided. Wifi was good and easy to log onto. The Guest house was also vey quiet, with no disturbances. I used the breakfast room before I left, and ate granola, greek yoghurt and blueberries with a Coffee latte. These were dispensed from a vending machine, but were fresh and tasted lovely. 「Lovely apartment in a historic building, ideally located just outside the city centre, but within easy walking distance of all places of interest in York. Nice touch of leaving a bottle of bubbly in the fridge - a good sign that the hosts are attentive. The apartment itself is well furnished and equipped, and really does feel like a home from home. Overall, thoroughly recommended.」

「A very nice little flat 10 minutes walk away from the city centre. Lovely thick carpets. The main bedroom is very nice indeed. Comfortable bed.
