I loved it. Bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was 10/10. I am so glad I stayed at this location! 5 min walk to the historic center of town but quiet at the B&B.

They provided an outstanding breakfast each morning of our stay! The rooms are very clean and updated. I’m pretty sure the bathroom room floor was heated which was appreciated! The bed was very comfortable too! We were in walking distance of City Center.

Kind owners and a great breakfast, with lots of homemade granola and jams to enjoy. Room was nice and comfortable, but stiflingly hot - with the provided fan too noisy to be useful. Close to town, so an easy walk to see the sights.

The room was perfect for our family of 3. While it was very hot and there is no AC the window in the evening with a fan helped a bit. Out of the main area but a short walk. Excellent fresh breakfast options.

Wonderful stay at MonkBridge House. Paul and Fiona were incredibly warm, friendly, and knowledgeable hosts who made us feel very welcome. The breakfasts were delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The rooms were bright, spotless, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved the thoughtful touches like the freshly baked shortbread cookies in the room. Highly recommend for anyone visiting York.
