「Friendly and helpful staff , great breakfast & dinner, room a good size and location very handy for Norwich. Our first room smelled of smoke clearly from the last occupants filthy habit, the staff went out of their way to relocate us. 」

「Room and bathroom newley renovated with lovely linens and fluffy towels provided. It had an ensuite, tea/coffee and kettle, a small fridge, TV, Wi-Fi, table and wardrobe. If you are a light sleeper you might struggle as there was a noise that went off frequently during the night (perhaps related to pub refridgeration or building heating?). Also the roman blinds needed to be put down in the bathroom to use the toilet due to it overlooking the parking space. Otherwise lovely stay and good value...

「What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights.
