「The room was clean, it did have a weird smell but was clean. The front desk guy who worked the 3pm-11 pm shift was very pleasant, and professional. The breakfast was good. It was a great stay.」

「During our stay, the reception staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. Although the breakfast items did run out at one point, the staff promptly replenished them. There was no hot water during my shower; however, the hotel later communicated that they were experiencing issues with the water system and assured guests that the matter would be resolved as soon as possible.」

「The staff was great. The room was well cleaned. However, we were disappointed that the pool & hot tub water were not well maintained so we missed out on some fun pool time with the grandchildren. Also, the elevators were not working.」

「Wonderful stay! Rooms were spacious and our puppy had a grassy area right out side our room that was so convenient. We also had a perfect view of the river. Good and service was excellent. Great staff!!!」
