「This place was very accommodating. The staff are excellent. Our connection from Pensacola to Charlotte was fine but as we landed in Charlotte our plane to Key West was departing. Delayed! We adapted and made it to Miami and took a car to Key West. We arrived at about three in the morning and found the key left there for us and felt like it was just going into our own home. Breakfast was incredible as well as sangria hour by the pool. Also they notified me right away after checkout that I left my watch in the room and helped me in the process of mailing it back.
