"Hotel was beautiful and service was great, but not much to do and quite expensive"

"Staff were kind and helpful. The hotel has nice location. "

"We had an amazing stay at Silks Taroko. Staff was helpful and friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a good visit. They helped organize two vans to give us a tour of the area with one english speaking tour guide, Victor. It was an amazing, thoughtfully paced tour that the guide provided us with. Even though the area is still recovering from the earthquakes a few years back and many of the trails are still under construction, it was still well worth the visit."

"Staff is very friendly. Even though they were not fluent with English, They tried to explain us every detail and be helpful always. "

"Great place to stay. The room was spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful."

"Swimming pool was empty of water. Fruit flies infested dining area. Large, comfortable rooms with good bed and good bathroom. "

"A lot of mosquitoes during the time that I visited . Breakfast I little disappointed , no meat at all , mostly vegetarian . Healthy meal concept I think ."

"The property is beautiful and the room is spacious. "

"有飲料投幣機和泡麵類的商品，室內和戶外環境都乾淨整潔，房間光線明亮，整體感覺很不錯！"

"Very spacious room for 4 persons, comes with work desk, soffa & coffee table, wardrobe, balconies and sunken bath tub. Beautiful sunrise can be viewed when looking out of the full length sliding window over the mountains to the East. "

"Ok"

"晚上燈光不足，溫泉spa開放時間太短，房價過高，6歲以下兒童不應收費，環境設備適合度假，園區乾淨少蚊蟲"

"What a gem. One of those places you aren’t sure about as you walk in the door that turn out to be perfect. Not luxury but cute and cosy. Comfortable bed. Each room has a small sunrise facing balcony. Cute tub in the bathroom. Nice for an evening soak. Friendly staff and onsite parking. A winner"

"Lovely spa hotel. Very clean and nice big spa pool in the bathroom. Very helpful and polite staff. Would definitely come back!"

"I was first assigned to a room that was totally not cleaned at all. Further, one of 2 keys did not work at all. Later they switched me to another room which was fine and thank them. But again, for the new room, one of 2 keys did not work again. "

"The rooms under the viewing platform are very very terrible. The view is pretty good. The owner is nice"

"Staff are very friendly and helpful Location is convenient with many food options and attractions nearby Great view of the mountains"
