「Because I went to bed late and had to take a 9 o'clock bus to the airport at 3 o'clock in the morning. The service staff called me twice but I was still very sleepy. However, they waited for me patiently. I think they are very responsible!」

They let me bring my cat Willard which is very important to me, but most of all Ive had a very ruff ffew months and I was greeted with kindness and compassion which ment the world to me.
