「El baño de la habitación estaba sucio a la llegada, avisamos que presentaba un olor feo y nos dijeron que como era tarde a la mañana a las 10:00 del siguiente día, irían a limpiar, nosotros salimos todo el día y al regresar el baño seguía igual, el olor a baño y lo sucio en el piso era insoportable para poder entrar y también por que era tarde ya no pudieron hacer nada, ofrecieron cambiarnos, no lo aceptamos demasiado tarde ofrecieron esa opción.」

「I received an email without start & comfort codes. I takes me about 1-hour to get into my apartment. It is also very inconvenience and expensive for a foreigner to make an emergency call. It will be charged as international phone call. The whole activation/access processes should be reviewed and improved.」

「Large, quite room; kitchen, tv. Bathroom has only one soap dispenser (for hands, we used it for shwer...) Overall i can recommend, but... Check in was very difficult. After paying in expedia and recribing confirmation, the hotel sent a mssg to chevkin online via a link. Thats fine. However, never before did i need to include my passpot photo as well as my wife's....plus many other details, more than airline checkin! The reeervation was on my name, so why do they need my wifes passport? After...

「We arrived late in the evening after a concert in Frankfurt. The instructions were clear, and we had no problems accessing the apartment. We were very happy to have off-street parking. The neighborhood was quiet. We slept comfortably in the rooms. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The bathroom and shower were excellent. We highly recommend this property and would stay there again. 」
