"My only complaint is that on both nights we were there other guests were VERY noisy after what I would consider a respectable time (10:00 pm). The first night it was little kids in the hall running and screaming with no parents/guardians around. The second it was young adults coming in after partying. They were talking loudly and stomping in the hall. I am trying to not complain as much so I did not go to the front desk even though it was 2-3 am. "

"Smells musty like mold or animal pee in the room. We literally went to the store to get spray and cleaner to try to get rid of the smell for the night. "

"Hotel is very convenient for visit to iup. Friendly staff. Our bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well and seemed a bit outdated. The hotel feels deserted. "

"The desk staff was so friendly and helpful. We were so stressed about no power or heat in our home. We were treated so well an arrangements were made for Lola our pup. The room was quiet, spotless and very comfortable especially the beds. A++++++++ all around. Love the lemon ice water in the lobby. Breakfast was good too!"

"Very smooth and friendly check-in process. We booked 3 rooms for the IUP final home game, and it was a great place to stay right next to the arena. Great staff, clean rooms, and will definitely stay here again."

"The hotel and accommodations were nice and what we expected. What we did not expect was for their to be no staff on duty during the night to deal with the group of people occupying 2 rooms, slamming doors, stomping in the halls, yelling and activating the fire alarm at 11:00 PM, causing the entire hotel to be evacuated into zero degree weather."

"The owner was quite friendly and the room was clean. The building is old and the first floor is a restaurant, but we never heard anything unless we were in the hallway. Theres some beautiful vintage molding in the room itself."

"We arrived at the hotel after biking all day and the place was permanently closed. It appears to be up for sale as there are real estate lock boxes in front of the office. No one was there and we had to look elsewhere for a room. "
