「Lovely clean room, excellent staff, great kitchen. BUT… green light in room not conducive to good sleep, and the fire alarm went off at midnight, after which the excitement seemed to evoke some guests to chat and laugh through the night until 3am, then the same group of four men woke up and continued their frivolities from 5:30am until they left just after 7am. Not the staff’s fault. But the sound proofing is poor.」

「I checked out early due to being unable to use basic facilities like hot water. The rooms were dirty including the bed sheets and people / maintenance were in and out the room all night so any form of sleep was impossible. The staff were extremely unhelpful, have ignored my request for a refund or offered any solutions. I couldn’t reccomend this bleak place less」

「On the web site it stated that breakfast was available for £10 per person per day but this was not available. I asked if there was a cafe near by the lady replied that there was lots up in the town but there was not, She was far from helpful」

「The family room was good and comfortable with such reasonable price. it was feeling free to stay here as most of the thing were self served, such as breskfast and using the kitchen to cook! The city was beautiful and we enjoy stay here very much.」
