Cons: - Both shampoo bottles were sticky. - This was the only stop during our cross country drive where we felt like one of us needed to watch the half packed car while preparing to check out (after seeing someone wandering around).」

「I had a terrible experience at this motel. The room had no heating and no hot water, which is completely unacceptable, especially in cold weather. When I went to the front desk to ask for another room, the staff were very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they treated me disrespectfully. Because the room was not livable, I left the motel. I believe I should be fully reimbursed, since they did not provide the basic conditions promised. I do not recommend this place to anyone.」
