"The room was smelling due to the neighboring rooms cooking. Also you are supposed to get assigned parking spots. Our parking spot was occupied on 2 days and we reached out to the front desk who said they would get security to take care of it, but did not move the car on our spot and we had to park on grass and away from our building "

"The kids enjoyed themselves because all they see is fun and the pool. When I checked in and went to the room my bed had a bed bug crawling on it. The maintenance man came because he was coming because the Tv remote didn’t work and seen it and said yes call the front desk. I called and the lady was nasty saying we don’t have anymore rooms so I asked for a refund and she said that my manger is not here so I can’t give you a refund. Then when the maintenance man got in the phone she told him to come get a key for another room. The sink water is hotter than the shower which the hot water in shower only last for 10mins so only one person can get a good shower. The metal piece on the shower knob fell off. It was just a mess for me and I am not use to that when I go on trips. Also the lack of parking. I could not park where we were staying had to park at the main office building and walk down to were we were staying."

"This property is non smoking which we liked and everything was clean and well kept. Unfortunately, the Expedia phone app gave the appearance when I was checking how late we could check in that I hadn’t confirmed the reservation and we clicked confirmed. This resulted in a double booking for the room and the hotel advised we would have to resolve with Expedia. The hotel was a good value for the price and we will stay here again when visiting our daughter."

"There was plenty of parking. The breakfast was the usual continental breakfast. It seemed pretty good. The only things I didn’t like was our room smelled musty and sour. Also, the shower curtain needs to be replaced. There were some rips on it. "
