"On arrival the staff were very friendly and even upgraded our room. The room was clean and tidy, and very acceptable. Easily accessible to the old market town of Chipping Sodbury and the stunning village of Castle Combe which we did both. "We enjoyed our time on property. We used our two nights here to recharge our batteries mid trip. My wife and daughter enjoyed the pool & spa. The breakfast buffet is included in your rate and met all our needs, including our daughter who has celiac disease and needs gluten free items. The only breakfast item that could be improved is the eggs. They taste powdered. The menu for the outdoor terrace was delicious. We enjoyed the burrata and salmon salads. "Overall the staff were helpful, food is also good This is not a cheap place to stay at so you would expect a few basics The WiFi was so slow you couldn’t get Amazon or Netflix on We were in room 7 without A/C hot on the 13/7/26 We opened the windows the noise from the traffic was deafening There are other hotels in this area with better facilities, I will look at them next time I am in the area"
