We had to request room cleaning at like 3 p.m. when we left at 7 a.m. so there was plenty of time We had to call security multiple times due to excessive noise on our floor after 11 p.m. Towel handout system is a joke - never manned - closed when pool is open Pools close early Food availability choices very limited Just did not meet the "hilton" expectations"

"This was a nice, clean hotel for my family to stay in overnight while waiting for a connecting flight back to the mainland. It served its purpose. The primary let down was simply the treatment from the staff upon arrival. In particular it was the member of staff who checked us in who was very rude and unhelpful. The exchange felt as if he was the customer and I was there to help him through the procedure while paying the hotel for the privilege. My family and I will not stay at or recommend this hotel to anyone in future."
