「Sign by dining room listed its hours of operation for all 3 daily meals, but when we came by for dinner well within the listed time frame, there was literally nobody around anywhere. There was no indication that it might only be certain days or by reservation only, in fact it's listed as a full public restaurant on their website, with public menu visible, we'd even planned what we wanted to order. And it was a Friday night, so even if they were only open some days, surely they'd be open for...

「Clean room. Good hot breakfast. Only one elevator was working and it was very busy there. Waiting around often for elevator. Biggest problem was the pool. I understand it is swim at your own risk, however, it should be monitored by staff periodically. The night we stayed was very busy with children. There was groups of young boys swimming with no adult present. They just being kids and showing off going down the slide fast and a few going together. They were also jumping at the top landing...
