The room was absolutely unclean. The staff was great and helpful! Cudos to them! I was literally trying to save money and so I wasn't expecting much. However, the room was disgusting and not clean. I definitely saved money, but feel like I shouldn't have paid hardly anything (much less what I actually paid) for the condition the room was in. An outdoor camping trip would have felt cleaner.

The location is great. Access from the opposite side of the road is a bit trying during high traffic times. The ceiling in our room had the texture peeling in large circles. The room was good and comfortable. Still a great 5 Star Stay as we are concerned. Staff was extremely helpful and cordial.

The first room we were assigned would not open, even with the master key. Room was pretty nice, but the bathroom door was awful-paint peeling, dirty. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee. Otherwise, it was fine
