The property has seen better days but the room was okay. They show that your stay includes breakfast, it doesn't. They do have a coffee maker in the room but they only give you one serving of coffee, but they didn't leave any coffee cups so I guess they left enough :(

I don’t mind old or no breakfast as long as a hotel is clean. Our room looked dirty and smelled of cigarettes. There was a black ring in the tub and cigarette burns in bedspread. We ended up sleeping on a sleeping bag on top of the bedspread with our pillows from home. Also glad I brought Clorox wipes and Lysol with me.

Room was absolutely filthy. Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned, cigarette burns on comforter, dust on headboard, mirrors dirty , one towel for 3 people. Supposed to be in a room with no carpet. Room had carpet and the door handle was not very secure. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Advertised breakfast daily and when we checked in they said it isn’t offered. Front desk could care less about the concerns.

There is no breakfast served here. They even admit that the website says they serve breakfast, but they don’t. They offer conciliatory coffee. :/ The room wasn’t the worst we’ve stayed at, but we were glad to leave.

DO NOT book this property before you see it. TRUST me. The 1st room we were put in had blood on the wall and you could literally see springs in the mattress bulging out, even with linens on. The 2nd room was more accommodating but had dirty carpet with worn through spots in it. When we got in the 2nd room, we had to change the sheets because there was makeup on a pillow case and housekeeping was not available. The only reason we stayed was because it was the weekend and everything else was sky high and 100 miles away.

I booked this because it seemed decent for the price and had free breakfast. Get there and find out there’s no breakfast even though the booking site says there is???? Plus the rooms totally looked like a motel and was not worth the price. I could have booked a cheaper place. Also the WiFi sucks!!! Oh and our room key was totally wack, Like we got a new one and it still would not work. Anyway would not recommend, better to get a nicer hotel for more money. Or a motel for cheaper.

I don't have unreasonable expectations. I know what I am paying for. However, the internet didn't reach the room so no free wi-fi for the kids after day of driving. The door to our room didn't close all the way and the top latch was loosezl, so there was no way to really secure the room. Basic cable which was very slow to load. Also, the website and Expedia website state there is breakfast. I understand with Covid, things are limited. But upon arrival, there was a typed sign that said there is no breakfast and they are aware the website states there is breakfast. Many hotels are doing a grab and go or even sack breakfast. You can't even go into the main lobby, you use the night window.

We got there and immediately noticed paint peeling off the ceiling, the door was so poorly insulated you see light all the way around and hear EVERY noise during the night. The website stated breakfast would be available so when we got up the next morning to grab something on our way out it was closed, there was a small sign saying no breakfast, but when we inquired as to why the website said there was, the guy working the front desk was incredibly rude. When I said, we won't be coming back, he said GOOD! :( :( :( Then on our last time out the door the door handle fell off in my hand.

When I arrived I don’t have any rooms they told me they were over booked and I don’t get my money back told me I had to get it back through Expedia when I called Expedia they told me that that the hotel was suppose to reimburse me so I lost my money paid for rooms I never received

Not Recommended!
This was a disappointing stay for one night. We were given an upstairs room where we had to walk the stairs, despite my asking for a reassigned downstairs room. There were plenty of these empty downstairs rooms. The free breakfast advertised on their Hotels.com website was canceled due to Covid-19. This is understandable, given the circumstances. However, this free breakfast advertisement should have been removed from the website. The room was supplied with a king-size bed that had definitely seen better nights. It was very uncomfortable. Also, the outside security lights along the porch area shown into the room despite the curtains covering the window. The hotel is located next to a huge truck stop, as well. All in all, not a good place to sleep for the night. I would not recommend this place.

It’s what you might expect for this price point, but no matter how old the property is they definitely could do a way better job cleaning. Dirty tub and shower, dirty walls and floors. Maybe it was just my room, but I wouldn’t stay here again no matter what price. I usually stay at a higher price point, so maybe my standards are too high. But they sell Fabuloso at the dollar store and a sponge. No excuse for it being dirty.

I had issues checking in. The lady at the front desk said I g he ad the wrong confirmation number but I didn’t and she would not let me check in. I had to call customer service to get it fixed.

Gang infested
I stayed at this hotel and was worst experience ever. There were a couple rooms where young people was having a party,also one person offered to sell my lil brother drugs. The night clerk was informed of these things and said it would get better that they would finally get drunk and fall asleep. Well not until like 4 in the morning and we were scared slot of gang activity here.
