「We stayed for two nights. Spotlessly clean. Had everything we needed. A lovely apartment. We’d love to go back. 10 min walk from seafront right by the pier. Can’t fault our stay. 」

「The stay was great the apartment was well presented and well equiped. Shower was super hot which is nice, and the kitchen was very nice. everything we needed for out short stay.」

「This is a lovely place to stay. Stuart greeted us on arrival and the Loft was warm and cosy with everything we needed including a basket of treats and eggs for breakfast. There are lovely views of the grounds and countryside. Nice walks from the property and Rye is close by car. Would thoroughly recommend. 」

「Lovely and warm apartment. Great location, 5 minutes walk from train station. 」

「Lovely little flat in a very convenient location. Parking wasn't an issue as there was plenty of parking in the area. Asked for an additional heater before I arrived and they kindly put one in there for me. Stairs are quite narrow and are only wide enough for one foot per step, but not a problem for me. :)」

「Good location, few minutes walk from station and easy to get around the town. The communal stairs area had unpleasant smell and front door never locked. Property can do with some maintenance as showing lots of wear and tear eg,scuffed paint, frayed carpet, mould in bathroom, door catch broken on main door. The door to patio needs repairing as draft and broken lock. Comfortable beds made up for our arrival with towels. Well stocked kitchen. Good communication and instructions in advance of our...

「Lovely apartment. Spotlessly clean, light and bright. Kitchen seemed well equipped, although we only really used the kettle and mugs as only a short stay. Other reviews are right in that the bed in the main bedroom at the back feels quite rickety and the mattress is soft, but didn't stop us from having a good night's sleep!! We were there for Storm Eunice and power outage across Hastings from 10am til 4pm and shops/attractions etc all shut. Bit of a shame, but at least we had a great vantage...
