「For an advertised non-smoking room, it smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was stained and in disrepair. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were flat and not enough of them. It was cheap and convenient but I’d probably not stay there again. Towels were clean and having a fridge and microwave was nice for such a cheap room. Lack of deadbolts and safety bar was unsettling. The young lady at the counter was very courteous and brought my ID to my room when I forgot to take...

「Other than the sheets being clean, the rest of the room was filthy. Dead cockroaches in the room, window sill was covered in dead bugs. The bed itself was as cheap as possible and not comfortable. In the bathroom, the shower spigot actually came off the wall as it was only being held on by caulking, and not very well obviously. The wall unit AC had a weird smell coming from it when I turned it on and when I removed the cover to check the filter it clearly had never been cleaned or replaced and...

Heard a guy come in the lobby and ask new linens for the bed because there was URINE on his!!!! The manager acted as though the man wad making it up!! There weren’t even phones in the rooms to call the front desk or 911 if the cockroaches overtook us!!! Absolutely DISGUSTING place!!!!」
