The staff were friendly and polite, which we appreciated. Unfortunately the room itself had several problems. The toilet would not flush properly, the air conditioner rattled loudly all night, and the microwave sounded like it was malfunctioning and wouldn’t even warm coffee. The bathroom door was extremely heavy and difficult to open, and there were very few outlets in the room. There was also a noticeable stain on the bedding. Overall the room needs significant maintenance and updating.

Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this trash spot as you can! Door didn’t lock, no fridge or microwave, no air conditioning, and a manager that is rude and disrespectful! He even thinks it’s fine to park in the handicap spot by the entrance even tho he has no disability plate or plaque!

Staff members were friendly. Room was average little dated. Remote didn’t work thought it was battery so we took it to get new ones, but come to find out it wasn’t even the right remote for the tv. Return to desk and they tried to figure it out but after half hour just gave up. Breakfast was below average, nothing was working.

Check in was Awesome! I reserved a queen room, the bed was not a True Queen, maybe a double it was just bigger than a twin, If it wasn’t late when we arrived at the room, we would have asked to be moved, the mattress was very very hard, there was only one bath towel, one hand towel and two wash clothes, again it was late so my husband and I had to use the same bath towel to dry off. There are no wall outlets near the bed to charge our phones. We had to put them across the room by the tv.

Excelent room fresh and very clean the pillows and sheets, incredible the mattress awesome, Most of the time we feel uncomfortable because we missing our personal comfort . The Coffee very delicious. I usually drink an especial Colombian brand, I really enjoyed this coffee.

I was here for 9 days on a work trip. Clean room and friendly staff!! They accommodated me working nightshift and made sure that I had everything that I needed!

I paid for the room up front on Expedia. When I got to the hotel, they asked for a credit card, which I assumed was for incidentals. Nothing strange there. But here we are three days later and they charged the room to my credit card. So I’ve paid Expedia and the hotel for the room. When I asked the hotel about this, the manager wasn’t there, so I asked when will the manager be in tomorrow? The answer was, I don’t really know sometime he gets in at noon, sometimes he gets in at three, I’m not sure. What? Get up to my room, and the entire sink and countertop are covered in quarter inch beard hairs. It was gross. I went to bed and got up the next morning at seven, because continental breakfast was 6 to 9am. Here’s the options: hotdog cut down the middle in halves, empty containers for eggs and bacon, teeny tiny bagels, and two different types of cereal. That’s not the picture they show on their website or on Expedia. I asked the front desk is there more eggs and bacon, his answer… No I don’t think so. One hour into a three hour breakfast window all that were left were the hot dogs, teeny tiny bagels, and cereal. That was my stay….
